I was very pleased with the way they held my hand in completing the property management process. As a first-time buy to let landlord, I had no clue of what to do, but Sandbrook & Kingston made it seamless with good communication and very detailed explanation of the process. Yes-I recommend Sandbrook & Kingston.

I was impressed with the help I received in letting my property. Tenancy setup completed in full with AST agreement, inventory, zero deposit and relevant manuals advising the tenant how to rent and what to do. I can`t recommend Sandbrook & Kingston high enough. Thanks very much, I learned a lot from you.
